Returns & Exchanges

At Colorimetry Lights, we want your home to shine in the perfect hue. If you are not completely satisfied with your lighting purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to begin the return process and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement fixture within 5-7 business days.
